I needed to replace my 25-year-old roof because of storm damage and age. Legacy inspected the roof and informed me that it required immediate repair to prevent water damage. They also identified water damage to some of the siding which they fixed when they replaced the roof. They updated the flashing to code so it wouldn't recure.
